The Kong Cable team wants you to buy with confidence. We offer a 30-day “No Questions Asked”* return policy to ensure that all our products meet your expectations. If for any reason you are less than delighted with your purchase, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We will refund the cost of the product and any applicable sales tax. Simply email us at support@kongcable.com and let us know what your questions are!
* Please note -- returned items must be in new, saleable condition. Products that are damaged or altered may not be accepted or may be assessed a restock fee.
Lifetime Product Warranty
At Kong Cable we are so confident in the build quality and construction of our products that we offer a full Lifetime Warranty! If a cable or interconnect product you purchased through Kong Cable is not working properly we will repair or replace it regardless of how long you’ve owned it.
Active electronic devices are not included in this lifetime warranty. Please check the owner’s manual and materials for specific warranty information on active devices or contact our customer service department at support@kongcable.com for more information and assistance with your warranty question.
